Brownies Bites – Less than 100 calories

We’ve all already fallen into a bag of brownie bites and passed through the entire bag before even noticing because it was so good, right? I offer you a healthy version of these mouthful donuts to help you survive your sugar cravings!
INGREDIENTS :
  • 1 ¼ cup of cooked quinoa
  • 2 full eggs
  • ½ cup of unsweetened cocoa
  • ½ cup of almond butter
  • ½ cup of dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup of unsweetened apple sauce
  • ¼ cup of melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. of vanilla extract
  • ½ cup of pure maple syrup
  • ½ tbsp of sea salt

  1. Place the rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350F.
  2. Take a cooking plat for mini-muffins and line it with small paper mussels.
  3. In a food processor, mix all the ingredients.
  4. Divide the dough into each moles. Use a small spatula or your fingers to flatten the dough into each.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool.
  7. Enjoy every bite, but most importantly, do not go through the bag !!
