We’ve all already fallen into a bag of brownie bites and passed through the entire bag before even noticing because it was so good, right? I offer you a healthy version of these mouthful donuts to help you survive your sugar cravings!
- 1 ¼ cup of cooked quinoa
- 2 full eggs
- ½ cup of unsweetened cocoa
- ½ cup of almond butter
- ½ cup of dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup of unsweetened apple sauce
- ¼ cup of melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp. of vanilla extract
- ½ cup of pure maple syrup
- ½ tbsp of sea salt
Place the rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350F.
Take a cooking plat for mini-muffins and line it with small paper mussels.
In a food processor, mix all the ingredients.
Divide the dough into each moles. Use a small spatula or your fingers to flatten the dough into each.
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let it cool.
Enjoy every bite, but most importantly, do not go through the bag !!
