DOUBLE CHOCOLATE Protein Cookies – Less than 80 calories

  • 1/2 pounded avocado
  • 2 crushed bananas
  • 2 scoops (60 g) of Vanilla BNI Whey Protein
  • 4 tbsp. of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp. of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of oatmeal
Directions
    1. Preheat oven to 350F.
    2. In a large bowl, pound avocado and bananas. Then add all the other ingredients and stir with a fork to obtain a nice uniform texture.
    3. . Place mix on a plate with foil paper in small uniform balls. The whole mixer should give about 12-14 cookies. Bake for about 10 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes afterwards
