Maple Glazed Donuts – Your new “fit” Addiction!

Protein donuts are becoming more and more popular among fitness enthusiasts. Several healthy alternatives are now available to offer you these sweet treats while maintaining a high protein ratio. Here is our healthy version of the MAPLE GLAZED DOUGHNUTS <3
Ingredients :
    • 1/3 cup buckwheat flour
    • 1 scoop Vanilla Isolate Whey
    • ¼ cup stevia
    • 2 tbsp. flax seeds
    • 1 cup of coconut flour
    • ½ tbsp. of baking powder
    • ¼ cup unsweetened sweet almond milk
    • ¼ cup egg white
    • ¼ cup non-sweetened apple sauce
    • ¼ tsp. of maple extract
Frosting :
    • ¼ cup of Walden Farms Syrup or Sugar Free Maple Syrup
    • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
    • ¼ tbsp. of gelatine
    • Confetti (optional)

Directions :
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix dry ingredients together
  3. Add the liquid elements and stir until a nice uniform texture is obtained
  4. Use a donut plate/pan and pour your mixture inside
  5. Place in the oven for 10 minutes – then let cool.
  6. Mix the elements for the icing and put in the fridge until a frosted texture
  7. When everything is cooled and ready, add the icing on the donuts.
